Take Advantage of These Market Analysis Programs
If you want to know what your home is worth now that the spring market is almost here or you’re looking to invest in real estate, I have a couple of great market analysis programs to share with you today.
The first is the GSAM Program, or the Gold Standard Appraisal Market Program. For homeowners who want to know their home’s exact value, we use this program to determine the historical appraised values of homes in the surrounding area to see where prices are trending. Then, we’ll look at your property and see if there’s anything we can do to it to maximize its worth if you decide you want to sell it.
The second program, for those who don’t have a lot of confidence in the stock market and want to invest in real estate, is the Grail Capital Program. Within this program, we use the WWC (win-win close) method. In other words, we want to create win-win opportunities for people and make sure their deals close in an efficient manner.
If you come across an investment deal that you’d like to partner with someone on or you don’t have the capital resources for, we have a wealth of knowledge and resources that we’d be glad to share with you.
